Green belts
Six sigma green belts are often referred to as the engine of six sigma as they are responsible to support the business teams to identify and implement the change. There are many who often consider green belt the ‘part-time project leader’. Executive Champions/sponsors
Executive champions/ sponsors are actually the project managers who look after the steam, function, and business that are marked as the priority for the six sigma team. They play an essential role by ensuring the improvement in their business, stream, and functions are captured and sustained.
