Scaled agile is a worldwide certification that provides stable, logical knowledge and mindset to evaluate SAFe skills. The original methodology of Scaled agile is divided into three parts known as: team, program, and portfolio. Apart from that there are four different levels of scaled agile:

• The lowest level is known as a team level where team members work on Scrum, Kanban or any other agile methodology using fundamentals of XP programming.
• The second level is the top to bottom, where team works together and led by the program management.
• The third one is known as a value stream, where programming teams are liable for the value delivered to the customer.
• The last one is called the portfolio level in which aspirants are liable to evaluate values that are delivered by the above three levels.
