2021 PMP Changes – Relief or Distress for Students?

The Project Management Institute (PMI) announced that it is going to change the PMP exam pattern from the 2nd of January 2021. The date of the implementation was further pushed due to the COVID-19 epidemic.
In the official statement, the representative of PMI announced “PMI is committed to the safety and well-being of our global community. We are taking additional steps to make this easier for the community. As a result, we have decided to extend the date of the current PMP exam until 31st December 2020.” The institute body also announced that it will provide more time for students to prepare and sit in the exam confidentially. Why PMP is making changes in the exam pattern?
