Question No 2: What is the difference between terminating and stopping an instance?
The instance follows the regular shut down process when it is commanded to stop. Once done it then performs the transactions. As the EBS value remains present for the whole time- you can start it anytime you want and the best thing about the whole process is when the instance remains to stop you don’t need to pay for that particular time.
On the other hand, in termination instance perform the regular shut down process. Once completed, the Amazon EBS starts deleting by changing the “delete to terminate” on the false. As the instances will be deleted you cannot run again in the near future.

The one key difference between the on-demand instance and spot instance is that spot instance is quite similar to the bidding and the price of bidding is known as the spot price.
